HomeView provides a clear overview of your smart home and reflects the current status of your devices, letting you identify security risks, such as an unlocked door, rapidly. When first using this new addition, you can customize the color, siding, and roof of your virtual residence to best match your actual home.
How to custom-tailor the Vivint App
Your experience in the Vivint App is completely customizable. Include the HomeView image and then set up the My Home tab any way you prefer. In this unified dashboard, you can place tiles to reflect what matters most to you. For example, you might want an easy-access button to arm or disarm your system in the first spot, followed by energy usage, surveillance, and security sensors. Everything from your thermostat to surveillance video is all in one location.
The improved Vivint App is available to all customers, no matter the package you select, and now includes a dark mode to improve visibility and decrease eye strain in low-light settings.
